Becoming a Trustee of the QHT and QHMF will provide an opportunity to participate in a progressive and active Board, it will enable you to become involved in the future of the University of Westminster and its student experience. As charities, the Trust and Memorial Fund are managed by a Board of Trustees who oversees the finances and decide which activities it will fund.
Trustee Vacancy
The Trusts are looking to broaden the skill set of the Board in order to reflect and react to changes within the higher education world in which they operate. The Trust is particularly interested in recruiting candidates with a wide knowledge of the Higher Education Sector, or with experience in Charitable and Grant Giving requirements and processes. A working knowledge of investment and funding would be advantageous
Renumeration and Responsibilities
Non renumeration – subsistence and travel expenses only
4 x annual Board of Trustees meetings
Individual committee meetings as and when required
