The Quintin Boat Club in Chiswick is planning a major refurbishment and re-development to rejuvinate the the Club whilst remaining true to the socially inclusive values of its founder Quintin Hogg. He realised that rowing involved skills and disciplines that could stand young people in good stead for a successful and prosperous future (usually reserved for the aristocracy) and his passion was to make this route to success available to all.
